Packet Pickup -- Important Change!
In an effort to provide support and fairness to both local running stores In-Store Packet Pickup will be held at Heart & Sole Sports for this year.
July 2 & 3 (Monday & Tuesday), 10am to 7pm
Please contact the store at 65 Brookwood Ave. 545-7653 or onlineservices@empirerunners.org for any race related questions. Subsequent years will be rotating between Fleet Feet Santa Rosa and Heart & Sole Sports.
Chip Timing
We will once again be utilizing D-Tag Chip timing for all participants. These disposable chips will be attached to your bib-tag and must be properly attached to your shoe. Click Here for instructions on attaching your timing chip.
3K Course is now USATF Certified
We are happy to announce that our 3K race will be USATF Certified (CA11032RS). This is the same course as in all previous years and all previous times will continue to be recognized.
Technical T-Shirts
Participants will receive a Commemorative Kenwood Footrace Tech-Tee. Shirts are subject to availability. Sizes not guaranteed.
Souvenir Glasses
First 1,200 finishers will receive a Commemorative Kenwood Footrace Pint Glass.
$5 Off Breakfast
Participants receive $5 off Community Church Pancake Breakfast (with bib number, while supplies last)
